Inconsistent speed in chart and stats #1572

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import the track
2. Compare speed in chart with average speed in stats

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The average speed from chart (<10) is lower than the average speed in stats 
(>10). They should be equal. I think the chart is wrong.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks 2.0.8
SGS2/Cyanogenmod 11 M11/Android 4.4.4

The average speed as read from the chart (with time as x axis) is clearly far 
below 10, which means the average should be below 10. Average speed in the 
stats (both total and moving speed) is above 10.

I am not sure what went wrong, but the chart screenshot has wrong elevation, 
here is a correct screenshot.

I have found that I can "fix" it by exporting and importing the track to gpx 
(it does not "work" with kml). Which probably means however, that either gpx 
export or import changes the data, which is wrong.
Attaching kml export and gpx export of a track for testing. And also a manually 
"fixed" gpx file, where I have removed wrong GPS readings.
