Update SCM colormaps to version 8. #218

Incorporating the new version of Scientific Colormaps (8). Has some nice, new ones! Glasgow and Lipari are both pretty high-contrast maps, perhaps even suitable for the hot_desaturated enjoyers.

Noting here that the switch to SCM8 consolidates so that all colormaps go from dark to light, i.e. to get similar results as before, you might have to reverse a map which has been flipped by this update. Other minor changes to details of the color maps have also taken place, but should be not significant.
