This is the western most known record of Black-eared Shrike-Babbler - either as specimen or as photo/observation record. It has not been reported west of W. Nepal - so roughly the record is c.1000km from its known range. My request is to reverify.
1/ Location
2/ Tag
3/ ID
I know the 3rd item can take time, my guess is that we will see some anomaly in (1) or (2) and hence (3) may not be required. However, if (1) and (2) are fine, then its worth checking the ID also.
