Honour action-alias definition correctly #29

https://github.com/StackStorm/st2/issues/3661 err-stackstorm doesn't respect the action-alias definitions for ack.enabled, ack.append_url or result.enabled. The match function has access to this information but it isn't passed on to the execute function.
