Use XDG directories #30

Hi

I think it would be good for pastie to use standard XDG base directories, so I made this patch

This is a very good idea, but a way of moving the files in the old paths to the new ones is needed if we are to include this into the release. Otherwise, the users will wonder where did their history and icons went.
