Reduce amount of screenshots to one, given the similarities between them.
Remove 'patches are welcome' notice: we probably wouldn't be on GitHub if patches weren't welcome :)
Fix link to 01-vim-beginner
Only have one top-level heading
Be more precise about instructions for users without a package manager
