[windows client] version control #4

Its possible to connect with a (win) client v3.2 to a (Linux) server v3.2.1. Also you can connect with (win) client v3.2.1 to a server v3.2

The changes between 3.2 and 3.2.1a are related to bugs and the game rules. Both versions were designed to be compatible to avoid breaking class tables and offsets used in many metamod/AMXX plugins.

The idea is that version 3.2 and all minor versions e.g.(3.2.1, 3.2.2...) should be compatible.
