Request to add version="1.0" #83

Support for 1.0 is highly appreciated. By allowing to save xml file with 1.0 version we can use the file in SCXML 1.0

feel free to submit a patch for it. i'm not keeping up with the scxml standard, so i don't know if the standard has changed and so requires to be saved differently (as opposed to a simple change of a label). thanks
