cannot use in CUDA (+MSVC) for newest branch master #3941

cannot use fmtlib (just #include statement) for CUDA (+MSVC) project in the newest version 99735764 But it works in 10.2.1 release version.

Thanks for reporting but we don't actively support CUDA. That said a PR with a workaround would be welcome if it's not too intrusive.
