Added intial docs for template authoring #15

This PR adds some basic documentation about templates. Although this is still rudimentary, ist should be somehow helpful as a starting point for those who want to create custom templates.

The already existing template have been moved to a subdirectory but still remain as default in the code generator, so other templates can be placed alongside later as additional examples.
