Update Minecraft wiki links to new domain #104

The Minecraft Fandom wiki has been forked to a new domain: minecraft.wiki. Learn more here: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Minecraft_Wiki:Moving_from_Fandom. This PR updates all URLs accordingly.

This was already done upstream in https://github.com/PrismLauncher/PrismLauncher/pull/1655, Polly will receive those changes next time I pull from Prism. Thanks anyway though, I appreciate your help even though I'm not merging this.
