java21 missing in flatpak. Needed for Minecraft version 1.20.5 and higher #168

Description of bug

java21 is needed for Minecraft versions 1.20.5 and higher.

Steps to reproduce

launch pollymc flatpak and create a world with latest minecraft. Crashes saying java21 is needed.

Suspected cause

Flatpak only comes up to 17. I tried installing 21 on my local Arch but it is not detected. Anyone know how to link them or if it needs to be bundled with the flatpak? Thank you

newer versions of polymc and prismlauncher have java21.
