[Question] PollyMC forked by Prism Launcher or PolyMC? #69

Since PolyMC and Prism Launcher are kind of similar in terms of display, I was wandering, PollyMC is a for of Prism Launcher, not PolyMC right? I asked because of what happened to the security of the PolyMC launcher and I wanted to confirm it is forked from Prism Launcher and not PolyMC even if it's writted on the README.MD file. Thank you for your patience. 👍

EDIT: I'm asking because the name PollyMC is similiar to PolyMC so I got confused.

I have just now took a look at the branches and I saw that there is one called polymc where the README.MD file states that:

PollyMC is a fork of PolyMC

So I guess I can say that PollyMC used to be a fork of PolyMC and now it forked Prism Launcher so I guess it really does fork Prism Launcher after all. If somebody has something else to say, please let me know. 👍
