Support of PHP 7.4 #4

Needs testing. Feedback needed.

I just installed it on PHP 7.4.3. I Managed to setup the task and the files were deleted. Are there any other functions to be tested?

@DonRagout You could play around a little with the different delete methods. Thanks for the feedback!
