Mark unmoderated communities in directory to encourage appointing for moderation. #3

It would be done the same way I mark locked communities: image

Adding this from Matrix as you couldn't add it!

On top of marking unmoderated communities it would be also good to mark communities which are looking for moderators to help mods that need help.

There are emojis for both in the directory now. We will need to go through the communities at some point to check the moderator activity and message them to make sure when they're inactive. But that will be something to do in quite far future because there's a lot to do with the directory as of now.

Hmmm, maybe we should communities with mods inactive for more than a month as unmoderated. This would require us to go through the communities once in a while.

When I do this I will also pay attention to "looking for mods" announcements and other communities linked in sidebar.
