Directory for instances?????? #44

Where idea came from: https://github.com/fnic-lemmy/lemmy-directory/issues/11#issuecomment-2170654149

I doubt we will be doing it but let's have the discussion on that somewhere far in the future where the directory is finished and we're bored.

Was about to submit the issue and realised that there isn't that many instances actually so I'm not against the idea by that much anymore. We still need to discuss if the directory will be useful though.

We can easily either fork or submodule that and push it up in a post in the directory. Might be worth talking to the maintainer, their last update was 7 months ago.

Basically pulls in that repo as a directory in our one.
