Another case where an option for flagging might be useful: two of the options are indistinguishable for me as a user.
Judging from https://ordia.toolforge.org/L640242 , it might simply be that the same lexeme was proposed twice - such duplicates should probably be caught by the word selector.
For instance, while playing https://ordia.toolforge.org/guess-image-from-pronunciation/ in Esperanto, I came across this case where playing the audio did not result in any sound audible to me.
In the results table, I could then figure out that this was
which pointed to https://ordia.toolforge.org/L349092 and that to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Lexeme:L349092 , which had a warning that was understandable by clicking on the file name, which led to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:LL-Q150_(fra)-Lepticed7-orko.wav
So the file was erroneously recorded as a French lexeme — Q150(fra) — and was thus deleted along with some other files with the same issue. It also implied that all those files had been recorded again, but I could not find https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:LL-Q143(epo)-Lepticed7-orko.wav , so I made https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:LL-Q143_(epo)-Daniel_Mietchen-orko.wav and added that to the lexeme:
For most users of the game, I would not expect them to fix such issues, but if they had the option to flag things, some might do that.
