[Breton] c'h (or c’h) not understood as one letter by text-to-lexemes #61

Hi,

In Breton, c'h is one letter (and a very common one), "c'hi" is a two letters word for instance.

But if I enter "c'hi" in text-to-lexemes, he doesn't find https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Lexeme:L69#F7

C'h is the only strange case in Breton. Otherwise, the apostrophe is use for usual elision and stuff, classicly "m'eus" is two words: "m" and "eus".
