org mode: trailing violet color in greater block (i.e., #+BEGIN_NAME #+END_NAME) #52

Hi, I am just wondering whether the following behavior of leuven theme is intended in org mode. 

#+BEGIN_NAME
now the background color is white, but after this sentence the background color is violet until the end of this line.

I realized that this issue is a duplicate.
