Edits to the dark-theme: improved loading #68

I've noticed that loading the leuven-dark-theme.el is troublesome for some. In the spirit of resolving those issues, I've made modifications to the dark-theme to make it distinct from leuven-light, and modified 'make-dark-theme.sh' accordingly. Finally, the 'README.org' reflects my suggested changes.

Hopefully this helps people to adopt the leuven-theme.
