Add full doom-modeline and centaur-tabs support #86

Hiya! This patch adds full support for both centaur-tabs and doom-modeline! Hopefully some people like it, I've attached an example below.

Dear @burne251 , thanks for the patch! Looks good. Merged.

Now, two possible improvements:

make it also available in the dark version of the theme...
what about doom-modeline-panel? Does not exist anymore?
