Set version to 1.0 for GNU ELPA addition #97

This adds the version number, like we discussed in #96. Let me know if you want some other version than 1.0.

@skangas Version 1.0 is fine by me! Thanks for this! Though, it'd be good to leave a "Time-stamp" entry, so that we can easily compare versions between themselves (when from different channels).
