I like to know what I use so I checked the org-latex-listings variable. It showed me some bad news:

org-latex-listings is a variable defined in ‘org-compat.el’.

Its value is ‘verbatim’

This variable is obsolete since 9.6; use ‘org-latex-src-block-backend’
instead.
