The filter mechanism should be implemented on the students and registration lists:

https://edu-hospice.herokuapp.com/#/admin/users/registration - on columns: student name, student surname, course
https://edu-hospice.herokuapp.com/#/admin/users/payment - on columns: student name, student surname, course
https://edu-hospice.herokuapp.com/#/admin/users/all - on columns: student name, student surname,

Also, on the fist two tabs, remove the course status column s it is redundant
