Upload files - Githubissues

Allow the admin user to upload files:

add course image on course content tab
add PDF file to content of type Presentation
the user can upload only one file -- additional implementation may involve styling + integration of an advanced control (https://blueimp.github.io/jQuery-File-Upload/)
upload location (to be investigated if the upload will be done initially to a temp location)
access URL based on token ONLY for documents, images can be freely accessed with the URL
delete uploaded file (also from temp location)
add validation based on file type: -- client side: file extension -- server side: file extension + mime type
if a new file is uploaded for the same course/content, the old file will be deleted
if the content type is changed, the uploaded file should be removed
if a course is deleted, the related files will also be removed
the reset URL action will also remove ALL the upload files
when dragging and dropping multiple files, an error message should be displayed.
when uploading the course picture, a new tab "Images" should be displayed when editing courses
File upload limit should be set to 1MB (in Heroku we have only 500 MB for the entire application)
