Course content - reordering the sections and the contents within a section

The course content interface should display a single Add Section button at the end of the course sections listing.

Add a section behavior and reordering the sections

• All the other "Add section" buttons should be eliminated.
• The "Add section" button should be similar with the one that adds a question to the quiz (in the quiz setup interface)
• A drag and drop mechanism should be implemented for the sections of the course; on drop a request should be made to the endpoint: https://edu-hospice-api.herokuapp.com/api/admin/couses/{courseId}/sections/reorder

• [ ] When moving the section, the effect should display only the section bar, without the contents or the contained buttons
• [ ] The cursor should display the grab cursor
• [ ] Scroll the interface when dragging the content in the lower or upper section of the page

A wild bug appears: the course details tab no longer displays the information received from the server.

The responsible persons will be beheaded.
