Most likely, the text is Unicode because it is not a Latin language, and the decompiler expects ASCII text. I'll try to implement some way of auto-detecting which case it is, because if I change it for this one game, it will break the text on the 99% of other games if I don't auto detect it.
Send me the exe file download please, I'll check it out when I get a chance.
Thank you!
Here the zip containing the whole exe: https://www.mediafire.com/file/cm414pm63jji22g
This one contain the result decompiled, probably you don't need it but I'll send you anyway: https://www.mediafire.com/file/vhfu0jb8yfht3ad
P.s. Tell me if you have any problem with the links, I'll use another site
I'm also having an issue with garbled jp text. I can send files as well to confirm.
Describe the bug Decompiling a japanese game doesn't extract and convert correctly the text and result in incomprehensible text. From the dialogue to the variable, events name etc, all it's incomprehensible.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: After I run the decompiler of the japanese game "Princess Obscene - Elven Princess Falleth To Lust", I open the .mfa (select japanese as application program), look at the dialogue text to translate it but it's incomprehensible
Screenshots Example of a text dialogue This one is from the original game which read "エステリア城地下通路" -> "Esteria Castle Underground Passage":![immagine](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/19551224/169910270-d8054ccd-b6f0-4248-80b3-16ade069d9cf.png)
This one is from the decompiled version run from clickteam program which read "繧ィ繧ケ繝・Μ繧「蝓・蝨ー荳矩夊キッ" -> garbage text:![immagine](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/19551224/169911052-692f9148-6d9b-4d0c-96fc-6b2ca49f086d.png)

Additional context I even tried changing the language of the OS ("language for non-unicode programs") from the control panel to japanese before decompiling, but the result is the same
