--rate removed from data, now incompatible with invoicer #50

invoicer requires a rate field. clocker data -r RATE used to provide this in the json output, but no longer does this

Thank you for reporting this, @substack. This option was just missed in the full rewrite of #40. The fixed version is published as v1.16.6.
