bmkp-remove-tags doesn't allow removing single tags #1

There is no option for 'empty input' when removing a tag from a Bookmark. (Unlike bmkp-add-tags, which works as expected)

I'm very much enjoying BookmarkPlus, thanks!!

Also I've noticed both bmkp-all-tags-jump and bmkp-some-tags-jump don't allow selection of tags (instead that tag is removed from the list) I'm using vertico-mode and 'RET' is invoking 'vertico-exit'
