In some cases, scientific notation is wonky (see comment) #45

i.e, I enter "2.02355" and press enter. The answer is "2.0236E0", which is same as 2.0236.
Also, "2.02355" should fit comfortably into the ansView and rounding is not yet needed.

Also in some cases, there will be things like to the sci notation of 1 and 2 (E1 or E2). I feel that we should only display sci notation if it is E3 or greater. Same for negative.

I've increased the minimum length required for scientific notation to kick in
