OS for raspberry #3

I found I made a bad decision and made things complicated not to use raspbian on pi. The application raspi-config seems have problem to work with mate...

You don't really need raspi-config. You can edit files directly.

What functionality do you need?

I need the audio stream comes out from the headphone jack.

When can you bring your Raspberry Pi over? I can bring a card reader and a HDMI cable to install Raspbian on it. Or I can take it home and bring it back.

Thanks!! perhaps I should try it on my computer first to see if I can solve it myself. It seems SSH is pre-configured for the pi OSs.
