There was an error loading Theora.prm/Ogg.prm #10

I try to use Ogg Theora/Vorbis plugins for Premiere Pro 2.0. The program sees them, but at start returns the following errors to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\2.0\Plugin Loading.log:

Loading C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US\Theora.prm
There was an error loading C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US\Theora.prm from the plugin cache
The registry key will be deleted and the plugin will be loaded from disk.
Loading from disk...
The library could not be loaded.

What can be the reason of these errors? Is it possible to use the plugins with this version of Premiere Pro?

Windows 7; Premiere Pro 2.0; Theora for Premiere Pro v0.5b5; Ogg Vorbis for Premiere Pro 0.5b6

Premiere 2.0? These plug-ins are built with the CS5 SDK, the first version that was 64-bit. They won't work with anything earlier.
