VP8 quality slider has zero effect #39

Title says it all, really. Latest plugin, 2015.2 Premiere Pro.

What other things can I provide to figure out the issue?

Really? It works as expected for me. My settings are VP8, Constant Quality method, 2-pass turned OFF. With quality 90 I get a big file with high image quality. With quality 5 I get a smaller file with lower image quality.

What are your settings?
