WebM.prm file missing #63

I can not find the WebM.prm, the most important file, anywhere in this bundle. I have even used the search command to check every file, I am a Mac user. Clams are this works w/ Mac. I will continue to look at this and other methods of exporting to webm across the web. (for the record I am in an extreme state of anger and desire violence) Pleas fix this or explain what's up?
