This issue is for tracking the movement of the FDK-Java example stuff into this repo.

[x] Move Code to docs repo: https://github.com/fnproject/docs/pull/72
[ ] Update all the code for all the Java examples (See Issue: https://github.com/fnproject/docs/issues/92)
[ ] Remove Code from fdk-java repo
[ ] Complete any final cross linking to complete the process.
