Add new menubar. Update favicon. Add hamburger menu. #14

This update makes a number of changes:

Creates a new rollover menu bar. White on black.
Adds hamburger menu for responsive menubar.
Updates the favicon to use just the fin
Shrinks main page size.
Convert language icons to grayscale.
