Various tweaks to UI tool #19

Reinstate coloured fill under stacked "completed" and "failed" charts. This got removed accidentally. Now fixed.

Removed IronFunctions favicons

I've added a link to https://github.com/fnproject/ui to the left sidebar (for wide displays), to match the link already in the top sidebar (for narrow displays).

The left sidebar contained a login/logout button with white text on a light grey background that was unreadable on some browsers. In addition the input field was also displaying white text on a white background. I have adjusted the styles to make the text darker.

I note that the login/logout buttons aren't displayed in the top navbar (for small displays). I have not changed this.

I've updated the screenshots on the README.md. These were not currently displayed because they refer to a private repo, but once the project became public then IronFunctions-branded screenshots would magically appear!

I have created new screenshots to replace them. These again won't be visible until the project becomes public (but I have tested this change as far as I can)
