Computer idle noise does not get quieter the further away the player is #288

Describe the bug As long as a running computer is in a loaded chunk on the client, the idle fan noise that plays will be heard everywhere, and the volume does not lower with distance.

To Reproduce

  1. Turn computer on
  2. Move far away
  3. Sound still plays with the same volume
