[Feature] Folding TOC #6

It'd be great to be able to fold specific headers inside the TOC.
A cool option would be to synchronize TOC folding with document folding and vice versa (assuming header folding is enabled).

In case others are interested, I figured it out after some light reading.

There are built in folding commands

But also, you can wrap the TOC inside a Foldable Callout
