No longer able to email csv files? #87

This was possible in previous versions but now the 'email' button attachs the local database rather than the csv files.

Until we have the app talking directly to Ian;s database (and I think this is probably a few months down the line) we probably need this email csv files as an interim way of downloading and collating the data recorded on the app.

Fixed, now only one 'email data' button that sends the lot.
