simulation fails for color block #13

When the color block is turned clockwise into position WB on top, the simulation does not react (code does not change). When turning counterclockwise to WB on top, everything works fine.

This is working much better in this version (better than the V2 one in Sheffield also), but this is something we should test more thoroughly in Haslach
