[nice to have, not necessary]: view survey on site to open in a new window #12

If possible (not necessary, just a suggestion), it would be nice to add this: menu: survey, button top right "view on site". it opens the survey in the browser replacing the admin.

Can we get it to open in a new tab within the same browser, that would help!
