Admin/browser customize what properties are visible for editing #395

The admin/browser's config should allow for the Admin App creator to specify which properties of the target's model are visible and/or writable. This would allow certain fields to be hidden for some admins, or to lock user-generated fields but allow admin notes to be added to records.
