Kiosk Device Info page, when squished veritcally the layout responds badly #442

When squishing the layout, it crushes the widgets (the screen rotation drop down menu in particular). Should scroll.

Also pages that have scroll enabled don't always need to scroll, but still show the horizontal breaks top and bottom. Cleaning up dialog scrolling in general would be nice.

While we need to pay attention to wizard scaling, most wizard pages will be removed. Editing will be done in tabs in the edit view.
