Property validation and tests

• Message moved ahead of mm3Types Properties, basic placeholders implemented in replaceValues() to be compatible with full i18n.Message
• Int/float min/max, String min/max chars and regex pattern validate() generated, optionally translatable generic error messages.
• Base model for Int/Float property, to share validate() generation and min/max.
• Fix for Property.validate() with no args specified
• Tests in js/foam/test/Types.js
