U2 Browser: Search is busted #498

The U2 browser doesn't support search properly at all.

[ ] Layout of the search field is wrong.
[ ] It's not bound to filtering the DAO properly.
[ ] It should be on-key, not on-blur. (Fix the onKeyMode attribute or similar for foam.u2.md.Input.)

Should be working nicely with the default KEYWORD search, or with a custom query parser.
