TableView uses real <table>, <tr> and <td> tags, and uses custom row-by-row infinite scrolling.
FlexTableView uses <div>s, and allows adjusting column widths. It uses a ScrollView for infinite scrolling, therefore it scrolls smoothly and uses the browser's native scrollbars.
And then there are classic and MD-styled versions of each of those.
Is that the same structure we want for U2? The two flavours don't share a lot of code in common.
