Update Swift version to 4.2. Update Swift demo projects

In this PR:

• Swift code in FOAM source code was updated to work with Swift 4.2 compiler. Minimal changes only;
• Swift Demo projects was updated in Xcode 10.1 (last Xcode that supports Swift 3).
