Support markdown link to headers [title](filename.md#header)

Currently in a Foam workspace, a markdown link with header [title](filename.md#header) correctly jumps via either vscode-markdown-notes or markdown-all-in-one, but Foam does not seem to support it. It does not show up in Backlinks section, neither as an edge in Graph view.

It would be awesome if Wikilinks with a header also worked correctly so they don't show up in the graph view or create placeholders.

Is it possible to link to an anchor withing the same file? I'm having trouble doing so and I can't determine whether I'm doing something wrong or whether the same-file issue is messing things up
