I'm able to build and flash ColorWaves to my Spark Core using the particle CLI with these changes. Please let me know if I missed anything, messed anything up, etc. Thanks!

Ah, thank you! I'm really hoping to be able to merge the sparkcore github back to the main fastled github - i hate that sparkcore requires a github structure the way that it does that's basically incompatible with other arduino environments.

Oh, sorry, I didn't bump the version number, so these changes probably won't be available in the online IDE.
